First: I read this as meaning that listings aggregators such as Trulia.com and Propsmart.com are in Critical Condition right now, if they are not actually Dead On Arrival. I cannot think of a single serious feature any of these Realty.bots have to offer that is not duplicated in a much more robust form by this release of Zillow’s software. We’ll talk more about the fundamental paradigm shift (call it Web 2.0++) that extinguishes a whole class of real estate databases.
