Agassi, not content with owning the house in Idaho, is building a hotel – and selling it room by room. In the five-star Fairmont Tamarack, all 300 fully furnished suites and condos are for sale, with prices ranging from $700,000 (£345,000) for a 600 sq ft studio to $5m for a three-bedroom penthouse.
