The media is causing all the problems with the housing market in our city. Our job growth is great, unemployment is at an all time low and the mortgage industry has not changed much other than getting stricter on who they loan money too. The message needs to be heard that Austin will not fall like the other cities in our nation because we didn't appreciate as rapidly. Buying now is still a good option.
