Makes us wonder too.
We dont run with the pack unless we believe the lead dog knows where he's going. Anyone who has tried to sell real estate knows that buyers will get spooked if Uncle Ned says the home is overpriced. Now Uncle Zillow gets to put his two cent value opinion in your buyer's face. Really makes my job alot harder having to explain away inaccurate zestimates. .

wooing campaign? It seemed more like many of the bloggers in question used outright talking points straight from zillow. The same points appeared in almost every post (shake-up of the industry/zillow does it again/other listing sites are dead/sign up or be left in the dust)
I actually lost a bunch of respect for a number of highly trafficked bloggers that played into this PR blitz - makes me wonder what sort of behind-the-scenes convincing it took to get the bloggers to "change" their positions overnight.
