I read on another forum today, a post, from a Realtor wanting to put together a class action suit against housevalues.com. I have actually never visited this web site but thought I best check it out to see what all the fuss is about. Well, basically it is nothing more than a “lead” generating service. My question is, why would a Realtor fall for this stuff in the first place?

       I was unable to bring up the article. However, as a member of House Values, I will affirm it is one, if not the best, marketing systems on the market. If you are joining HV for the lead value only, you have really missed it purpose. The system litterally markets every possible lead (from any source) for you. Second, their leads tend to be far superior that any other system I have encountered. My personal view is that every real estate professional in the country should be on this system. It literally works for you while you sleep.
