I happen to be one of those agents that believes that the Multiple Listing Service is a grand thing. As Derek Burress says, "The biggest advantage to you, as the seller, is that every single broker and agent participating in the MLS has an incentive to sell your home. This effectively puts every agent and broker in the area working to sell your home!
