The remaining 34 luxury condominiums at Folio Boston will be sold at auction on Saturday, October 7. Starting bid prices for the units represent up to a 45% reduction from last week’s asking prices. For the next 3 weeks, Folio Boston is open daily for visitors to view the residences that will be offered at auction. To bid at the auction, a visitor must pre-register at the Folio Auction Information Center and review all legal documentation prior to the auction. The Folio Auction Information Center is open to visitors at 80 Broad Street in Boston from 12 – 5pm Daily, 12 – 7pm Thursdays.
