Give your prospects interview questions

When you're in a listing presentation yourself, tell the consumer what questions he/she should be asking of every prospective agent. Put that list in your listing presentation materials. Encourage them to ask smart questions, but make sure that YOUR answer to those questions is delivered clearly in your presentation.

       Like the information, consumers should do more interviewing before selecting agent...too often I've seen cases were the buyer's agent only wanted the commission and did not hold or protect the buyer's interest. complaints filed with the local board of realtors and the board turns a blind eye.
