Global blogsphere differs from country to country

Edelman P.R.has a fascinating study of global blog readership. Reading through the country-by-country writeups, one is struck by how unique every country's blogosphere really is. People in different countries and language groups use blogs in different ways for different purposes. You really can't take generalizations about how the U.S. blogosphere works and apply them to any other country or region's blogosphere.
