Residential real estate sales in Haywood County, NC in 2008 compared to 2007 as of 04/13/08 are down in number 33.6% (76 fewer homes sold this year to date compared to the same period in 2007). Homes are taking a little longer to sell, with average days on market for 2008 of 160 versus an average 135 days on market for the same period in 2007.
