Housing downturn only temporary, real estate agents told

Chief Economist to the National Association of Realtors told 400 real estate agents this morning that the housing market should rebound in the next 3 to 6 months in most parts of the country. He predicted that pent up demand from buyers would stabilize the market.

       Although it the market is unpredictable I believe given the forecast of continued foreclosure market to increase the market may take longer to stabilize.
