       Leasing agents lease apartments because we send them prospects. Without apartment locators communities would go bust. They don't make enough money leasing the occasional unit to walk-ins and their web presence is horrible to say the least. Renters find apartments by browsing sites such as http://www.apartmentninjas.com ....not the actually property website. GIVE IT UP FOR LOCATORS!!!! Leasing agents, apartment owners and management companies alike are all crappy at generating leads. It's all about online locator/listinig sites with aggressive SEO/Marketing efforts. For example, ApartmentWIZ.com gets over 8000 hits a day. Ask any apartment community in the state of TX if they've ever heard of this company and they'll say F### YEA WE HAVE. http://blog.apartmentninjas.com
