NY City Council Cracks Down on No-Fee Broker Ads

The New York City Council is cracking down on ads for rental apartments that purport to be no-fee when in fact they are anything but. Long the thorn in Craig of craigslist's side, the City estimates that around one in three no-fee ads have a fee. As a local, all I can say is "Hallelujah!"
