Realtors Are Not METH Cops!

Some Salt Lake City Community councils are pushing to make Realtors liable for their clients proper disclosure of METH contamination. How can anyone expect a Realtor to be an expert in METH detection or guaranteeing their clients are telling the truth on their disclosures. Realtors are responsible for educating and coaching their clients. They cannot force clients to follow their suggestions.
