We recently sat down with Mr. Didier Vandevelde, the President of LOWCOM Real Estate Services in Panama City, Rep. of Panama. In this English language video interview, Didier talks about his discount brokerage business, the current real estate boom, and his thoughts on the real estate market in Panama in general. He also talks about a wider range of topics including the process for buying real estate in Panama, some of the pitfalls that buyers can avoid, and surprisingly the specific areas where he feels like prices might have topped off in Panama.
