Nearly 200 fewer homes were sold in December 2007 than were sold during the same month one year ago, according data released by the Wichita Area Association of Realtors.
Opinions are mixed, however, about whether the blip -- which is relatively large -- is an indicator of a broader housing slowdown in Wichita similar to the one that has struck the national housing industry.
