Wilderness at the Smokies is a waterpark resort in the Smoky Mountains offering condos for sale in the new Bridgemont development (over 1,000 acres). The Sevierville condos for sale are among other projects in the Bridgemont Development including the new Sevierville Events Center, Eagle's Landing Golf Course, the Sanctuary at Bridgemont, the "Shops at Bridgemont"and "Bridgemont Commons" (developed by the Goodman Company of West Palm Beach, FL). The condos are in an active cabin rental area of the Smokies with over 12 million annual visitors.

       How much are these condos selling for? And how many units are going to be built?

       The condos start at $169,900 for a studio condo in the Wilderness at the Smokies River Lodge and go up to the mid $400's for a two bedroom condo. The River Lodge will consist of 160 units upon completion.
